Full refurbishment and modernisation of a 4 floor town villa in Jávea centre

Comprehensive reform of a townhouse in the old town of Jávea.

Our architecture, interior design and project management studio HoffmannWehr was commissioned to carry out a complete refurbishment in this townhouse in Jávea, with the aim of converting it for the owners into a modern and comfortable family home.

In our interior design concept, we proposed architectural elements that reorganize the spaces; the entrance on the main floor, thanks to the wooden panels, designed by our office and fabricated especially for this house by a local carpenter, becomes an architectural and sculptural element that is repeated on the upper floor.

The acoustic comfort of the home has been improved thanks to the placement of acoustic panels in the party walls.

The design lighting has been worked on in great detail in the different spaces.

Industrial finishes, linear lighting that enhances architectural elements such as the tosca wall, furniture and staircase, large-format flooring and glass railings complement the modern and sophisticated design.

In the bathrooms, the floor-level showers stand out, the black faucets that give an updated touch to the bathrooms, as well as the vinyl wallpaper with palm tree graphics that refer to the Mediterranean in the old town of Jávea.
