Complete renovation and refurbishment as well as improvement of the energy efficiency of a penthouse in the 1st sea line in Altea: architectural services, interior design, project management and supervision
The impressive location of the building in which the apartment is located, right by the sea in Altea, directly below the beautiful old town of Altea, convinced our customers to purchase this penthouse, although a complete renovation was necessary.
Our customers commissioned our architecture and interior design studio with the complete renovation and refurbishment project. As a consultancy for conversions to improve energy efficiency, we were able to significantly upgrade the energy efficiency of the apartment by improving the heat and sound insulation and achieve a good classification in the energy certification. With excellent insulation of the walls and ceilings, we achieved a feel-good aspect with a feel-good climate and a significant reduction in energy costs.
As part of our interior design services, by restructuring the interior layout by avoiding unnecessary corridors, we were able to create spacious open rooms and areas that enable a modern, contemporary living experience.
The installations were renewed, modern heating as well as air conditioning and ventilation systems were provided. Surfaces, kitchen and bathrooms were renewed and modernized on the basis of our interior design concept, which corresponded to the ideas of our customers.
The penthouse was completely furnished by our interior design studio, equipped down to the smallest detail and handed over to our customers turnkey.
During the renovation process, there was continuous communication with our customers, who could not be on site, but were up-to-date at every moment and more than satisfied with the result.
