Complete renovation of the interior and exterior of a high-quality family home in Jávea

Our customers, an entrepreneurial couple, already contacted us when they were looking for a 2-hand property to buy as a holiday home and semi-permanent residence in Jávea. We initially accompanied the purchase decision for the property in question with technical advice on the villa.

We then implemented the complete renovation project of the property for our customers, including interior design and project management.

After developing the Interior Design concept, we realized the design and detail plans to modernize the villa in a modern Mediterranean style.

Installations were revised and partly renewed, underfloor heating with an air-to-water heat pump and air conditioning were installed throughout the house, the surfaces of the walls and floors and interior carpentry were renewed. High-quality sanitary ware from Duravit and Kaldewei was installed, fittings from Fantini as well as porcelain floors and wall coverings in excellent quality.

Furniture designed by us as well as our designs for kitchen and bathroom furniture were made by the cabinet maker, supplemented with furniture from Spanish manufacturers, some of which were made according to our designs. Most of the upholstery fabrics are from Designers Guild, which harmonize with the selected decorations in pictures as well as photographs, carpets and other elements in accordance with our interior design concept.

With a lighting concept tailored to the interior design, we set decorative accents in the lighting with high-quality designer lamps in addition to improving the basic lighting.

Outside, the driveway, terraces and gardens have been redesigned and updated, and the pool has been renovated.

Our customers were very satisfied with the result, enjoy their home in Jávea, and we have already realized another project for them in their home country.
