The project
Our team opted in its proposals with concept boards and sample boards by natural materials in soft colors, combining microcement, river stone and wood, along with unique pieces of furniture from the owners. The oak laminate and the wood of the design made for the railing of the interior staircase provide warmth, contrast with the interesting shading of the microcement that is reflected again in the falls of the curtains of natural linen material.
The exterior carpentry was replaced in the living and dining areas and aluminum elements from the producer Technal were placed, in a tone adapted to the interior style. In its selection, compliance with high values in thermal and acoustic insulation as well as sun protection and using safety glass was taken care of.
Geberit elements were integrated into the bathrooms, such as the Aquaclean suspended bidet toilet that cleans only with water to achieve a better bathroom in hygiene and comfort. And in the showers at ground level shower channels of Geberit Clean Line were placed.
