One of our architecture projects in detail

Today we want to present in detail one of our architecture, interior design and project management projects on the Costa Blanca that we carried out for a couple and their children on the Moraira coast. Clients contacted us when they bought an existing home on a beautiful plot with fantastic views of the sea, the Baladrar cove and the Peñon de Ifach on the Costa Blanca. We listened to their wishes and needs and after carrying out a preliminary study they opted for the demolition of the existing old house and the construction of a new house designed based on their needs.  We designed their home to measure, meeting each of the criteria requested and desired by the client.

In our architecture studio in Jávea we elaborate the different necessary architectural projects, both demolition of the existing house and the basic project, the new house execution project, the interior design project and the infrastructure and urbanization project with the processing of the corresponding licenses.

Our HoffmannWehr studio managed the entire building project from day one.

We request quotes from the more than 38 trades involved in the work from different companies of each trade to be able to make the selection decision under criteria of quality, time and price. From the engineering office to carry out the geotechnical study, the trades that each project implies such as masonry, plumbing, electricity, to such special trades as decorative artisan glass, central aspiration, decorative painting by a well-known artist in some of the bathrooms, the artisan locksmith work on the railings, the installation of sound and audio-visuals, the Turkish bath in the Spa area, the gym equipment, we prepared in detail the documentation for each of these trades. We managed and supervised the corresponding works throughout the work process, until its completion and turnkey delivery.

 In the interior design project, numerous detail plans were made.

 During the construction phase, more than 70 reports of on-site meetings were prepared, more than 5.200 photos were taken in the construction phase, we accompanied the work, painstakingly taking care of the details and firmly defending the ideas and interests of the client.

 The result, the dream home of our happy clients, is our satisfaction.
