Second part of the Blog: SATE System

Following the theme of our previous blog "How to improve the comfort and energy cost of your home?" we focus with our blog today on the SATE system.

In existing homes or in new constructions in our Mediterranean area on the Costa Blanca, we have significant energy savings and increased comfort in our home when we install SATE insulation.

SATE insulation is a continuous insulation on the outside of the façade without thermal bridges.

With this insulation we raise the surface temperature on the inner walls and generate the ideal comfort temperature inside our home and as well we eliminate the typical appearance of mold in the corners of the rooms, due to condensation in the coldest elements such as the slabs, since the cold thermal bridges are eliminated with the SATE system.

The SATE system does not reduce the useful surface of the house, has a low maintenance cost and certainly increases the useful life and value of the building - an important argument in reselling in the real estate market.

When deciding on a SATE system, it is important to take into account the technical details to find the best solution for your home: between the choice of material (such as EPS Panel, Rock wool or cork panel) , the finishes (for example, smooth, imitation brick or stone) and the correct installation of the system with its specific details.
