Refurbishment of a town house near Denia
The project
With this integral refurbishment, an old house near Denia has been converted into an open, bright and pleasant space.
We gave the house a modern design with the refurbishment, the old stone wall - discovered in the living room - has been incorporated into the interior design as well as the old wooden beams in the kitchen – which gives an unmistakable touch to the interior design.
Special plaster for refurbishments gave a solution to the old walls with capillary problems.
The energy efficiency of the home has been improved, including new exterior carpentry and insulation on facades and roofs, which has clearly increased the user comfort.
