This time, the Hoffmann Wehr team is proud to present to you an exciting renovation of a detached family home, together with the adaptation of a pre-existing swimming pool, which captures the essence of Mediterranean and classical style.

Our clients, a charming couple, wished to transform their second home into a retreat that reflected their taste for timeless elegance and relaxed comfort.

With panoramic views of La Sella Golf Club and the Marriott La Sella Golf Resort & Spa, the setting was breathtaking, and we were determined to create a home that would match its surroundings (and its owners).

Technical characteristics of the project

The premise of this project was the conversion of a relatively new build home, but with dated finishes, into a space that truly reflected the personality and lifestyle of our clients. To achieve this, we embarked on a journey of meticulous design and attention to detail.

One of the highlights of this refurbishment was the incorporation of high quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship. We used bespoke timber joinery, with scratched and bleached materials, as well as water-repellent lacquered MDF, to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. From the kitchen to the wardrobes to the bedheads, each element was carefully designed to combine functionality with beauty.

Flooring and tiling, bathroom fittings, curtains and other details were selected with the same level of care and attention. We strived to create visual harmony in each space, ensuring that each choice contributed to the overall aesthetic of the house.

Lighting played a crucial role in creating varied and welcoming atmospheres throughout the property. From the projection and choice of interior lighting, to the installation of sconces in the outdoor garden, every aspect was considered to enhance the natural beauty of the surroundings and highlight the architectural details.

Final result

The end result is a residence that is not only visually stunning, but also functional and comfortable for our clients. Each room tells a story of understated luxury and modern comfort, while the outdoor spaces invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and spectacular views.
