This project was born from the complete transformation of a Mediterranean villa in Jávea, redesigned to meet the real needs of a contemporary family.

Renovation Process:

From the outset, we worked closely with the clients to understand their expectations and create a design that not only met their needs but also respected their personal style. Every phase of the project was managed with great attention to detail, from the demolition of existing structures to the installation of state-of-the-art finishes.

1. Initial assessment and bespoke design: The space was carefully analyzed to understand its limitations and potential, resulting in detailed plans for each phase of the renovation.

2. Spatial redistribution:  modifications were carried out to open up spaces, redistribute rooms, and maximize functionality.

3. Installation of new finishes and materials: High-quality materials were selected for surfaces, flooring, and decorative elements, ensuring durability and aesthetic excellence.

4. Finalization and personal touches: The final stage focused on decorative and functional details that reflect the client’s unique personality.

The villa was fully renovated and modernized, incorporating new high-efficiency heating and climate control systems that combine comfort, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology.

Externally, the renovation was completed with the creation of a lush Mediterranean garden, developed in collaboration with a landscape design studio specialized in Mediterranean gardens, enhancing the essence of the surroundings and strengthening the connection between architecture and landscape.

The interiors stand out for the use of noble and timeless materials: limestone flooring and wall finishes, handcrafted hand-painted tiles, and high-end sanitaryware and fittings from renowned Spanish and Italian brands. Oak wood and natural fabrics add warmth to custom cabinetry, furniture, and staircases, while iron elements—such as railings and curtain rods—bring a minimalist character with a clear Mediterranean inspiration.

The carefully designed lighting project enhances the spaces and creates different atmospheres depending on use and time of day. The furniture, selected with exquisite taste by the clients, integrates upholstery, unique pieces, and a highly personal décor, in perfect harmony with the artworks from the clients’ private collection, which take center stage throughout the home.

Unique and highly personalized spaces were created, including a bespoke wine cellar for the client’s wine collection, a family cinema room with an original Arabic-inspired touch, and generous areas designed for family life and entertaining friends.

The result is a warm, functional, and sophisticated home that combines Mediterranean tradition with contemporary design—perfectly suited for a large family and designed to be enjoyed both now and in the future. A fully renewed space, optimized in both functionality and aesthetics.
