We are pleased to present one of our latest projects: the refurbishment of a second residence located in Jávea, Costa Blanca. Ready for an exciting journey through architecture and interior design? Here we go!
On this occasion, our clients contacted our studio with very clear ideas. They were looking for an interior and exterior reform of their second home, a detached house in the beautiful Montgó area. A reflection of the serene beauty that surrounds Jávea.
We understand that each client has their own preferences and visions for their home, so we put our hands to work to achieve this incredible result. A custom interior and exterior design solution with unique style.
In the interior area of this project, we sought to create a welcoming space with a lot of personality. With the help of the best professionals in the sector, we managed to design custom-made carpentry elements that perfectly met the needs of our clients, and resulted in such special elements as the beautiful shelving located in the relaxation area, or the bedroom wall fitted with carpentry elements that give it a lot of character and essence. A completely renewed image of the environment.
Lighting cannot be overlooked, becoming another of the strong points of this refurbishment. The different spotlights provide the home with perfect illumination, which, together with our meticulous approach and attention to detail, turns the communal spaces into areas of relaxation and entertainment for the whole family. The bathrooms were designed in a unique style, fully adapted to the wishes of our clients.
For the outdoor area, we imagined a large table... Friends laughing... The sun setting over the Montgó... Yes, that's life! Our clients only had to tell us what they had in mind for this area, we took care of the details!
Our team of experts paid special attention to create a guest and barbecue area ideal to enjoy long evenings outdoors with friends and family, and enjoy the beautiful area of Jávea and its nature. A perfect way to enjoy the weather, food and time together around a large wooden table.
All in all, we achieved a functional second home, comfortable to live in and to enjoy holidays and free time. At Hoffmann Wehr, we don't just design spaces, we create experiences!
