Assisted living: architecture for seniors
The project
In our architecture and interior design studio HoffmannWehr in the Marina Alta area on the Costa Blanca with our office in Jávea, we have been working with our brand and studio "Habitat 50 plus" dedicated to strategies, advice and residential projects for the 50 plus generation since 2012.
We have participated as speakers in conferences and given lectures in the real estate environment, as well as realizing architectural projects that offer solutions for living for the 50+ age group: senior residences, service living, assisted living, shared apartments for older people. Our focus is on improving the quality of life for the elderly, with innovative and, above all, human architecture and living concepts.
One of our architecture projects is the conversion of a day clinic into a shared flat for assisted living for people with dementia in Berlin - Marzahn. For a leading company in the health sector in Berlin, we participated in several projects in the development of the architectural concept and architectural design planning.
